This is the actual PET Scan which shows that Jean has no trace of cancer remaining -- as accurately as a PET scan can do.  The language is "medical" and you need to work hard with a dictionary to understand it -- but I've also provided an interpretation you can use.

Interpretation of the most significant paragraph below:

Findings:  The normal physiologic uptake of FDG tracer is identified within the liver, spleen, kidneys, urinary bladder, myocardium and GI tract.

This is the most significant finding.  When there are active cancer cells growing in the body they show up as high users of sugar -- thus they show up as "hot spots" of radioactivity from the radioactive tracer sugar in the body.  This finding shows "normal physiologic uptake" of this tracer in all the important organs -- same as saying no cancer shows up in these organs.

J-tube site is identified in the left lower quadrant.

The site of the J-tube SHOULD be showing high amounts of sugar use because the J-tube is an area of insertion of something artificial into the body.  There will be irritation in that area and the body will continually try to "heal" that area -- but can't because there is this system of tubes inserted here.

There is focal hypermetabolism located in the left shoulder.

This, again, is the area where Jean has a "Porta Cat" inserted --- a tube deliberately inserted by the surgeon so that drugs can be administered through the tube and not require constant use of a needle into an arm.  Again, this is an area where the body is aware of an artificial insertion -- tubes and metal -- and is trying to "heal."  Thus, this area would attract more sugar, trying to heal, and show up in the PET scan.

There is slightly greater nonuniform metabolism within the liver parenchyma than normally identified with no definite focal area of hypermetabolism seen.

The liver, particularly in Jean's case because of the use of so many powerful alternative remedies, is very busy processing the toxic drugs and dead cancer cells that are in the body.  So, you would expect the liver to be more active in Jean's case than normal.  The difference is called "slight" and indicates that this is not something to worry about.  Also because the chemo drugs are mostly oil soluble and therefore get stored in the fatty tissues, as you move along in life these toxins leak out of the fatty tissue, into the blood and move to the liver for detoxification of the blood -- that is why we will do a purification of the body when we are through with the removal of the mass.

In the area of the fundus of the stomach, there is, in maximal dimension, an approximately 4 cm area of diffuse moderate abnormal hypermetabolism.

The word "fundus" refers to the area at junction between the esophagus and the stomach -- that is where the cancer was in the first place.  That area is described as 4 cm, where it had been 7 cm originally -- this is one accurate measure of the shrinkage.  The fact that there is "diffuse" hypermetabolism means that there are no "focal points" of active cell growth.  The fact that there is "moderate abnormal" hypermetabolism is consistent with a hunk of dead meat rotting, or being eaten away by the macrophages.  This would be expected when heavy alternative remedies are used, but would not be expected if only toxic chemo drugs had been used.
